We are still getting a lot of customers arriving with out of date licences.Can you please check the expiry date on the photo card to ensure the licence is valid.
Also we do need a second piece of I.D. with every hire. This must be a recent utility bill or bank statement or anything like this with proof of address which corresponds to the address on the driving licence.

Can all customers please check the expiry date on the photocard part of their licence to make sure it is still valid. They do need to be renewed every 10 years and it appears that the DVLA has notified some but not all.
Also can you please make sure the address is correct on your licence because this can also affect the ability to hire any vehicle.

Just a reminder to our customers we can only do ½ day hires Monday to Thursday inclusive and at a choice of times, either 9am through to 12:30pm or 1pm through to 4:30pm.
